This week’s newsletter is not worth watching.
I went to Zurich last week for my first-ever mining conference and met Rick Rule. I told that story in here. The story was boring, the presentation even more so. Don’t waste your time watching it.
Meeting Rick Rule was nice, though. He is in real life like he is on camera. He talks the same and says the same things. I did get a chance to ask him some things about my personal life and that was nice, too.
Conferences, in my opinion, are only worth visiting if you want to network. Otherwise, all the information you’ll get there is available online.
Links I spoke about
- From Drilling to Open Pit Optimization For Dummies.
- One of the errors investors make in the mining space.
- The size of an open pit mine versus the space consumed by dumps and tailings.
- The public opinion towards pro-nuclear is shifting faster after the the start of the Ukraine war.
- How to have $100K before age 30.
- We solved nuclear waste decades ago.
