In this Core Shack episode, I walked the conference floor and got up close with the drill core from some of the junior mining companies I’ve been following over the last couple of months. Some rocks, a lot of geologists, some CEOs, and some questions that probably made a few of them nervous.

In this episode I look at the rocks of:
Radisson Mining (TSX-V: RDS), developing high-grade gold at O’Brien in the Abitibi, now at 2.3 million ounces and growing fast with a 140,000 metre drill program underway.
Element 29 Resources (TSX-V: ECU), a copper porphyry in Peru with grades improving at depth and a brand new style of CRD mineralisation showing up in the deepest holes.
Andina Copper (TSX-V: ANDC), a copper porphyry in Chile with bornite-dominant core and a system that keeps surprising the team with every new hole.
Kootenay Silver (TSX-V: KTN), a textbook epithermal vein system in Mexico with kilogram-per-tonne silver grades at depth and two drills turning right now.
Awalé Resources (TSX-V: ARIC), two very different gold targets in Côte d’Ivoire, including the high-grade Charger breccia system returning over 300 grams per tonne over a metre.
Arras Minerals (TSX-V: ARK), a large-scale copper-gold porphyry system in Kazakhstan with multiple targets and up to four rigs planned for the coming season.
Yukon Metals (CSE: YMC), first-ever drilling on a copper-gold skarn in the Yukon, with all holes hitting the target horizon and high-gold zones emerging to the east.
Inventus Mining (TSX-V: IVS), a Witwatersrand-style paleo placer gold system in Ontario, drilled with oversized core to manage the nugget effect.
Emperor Metals (CSE: AUOZ), an open-pit gold concept near Timmins with four styles of mineralisation, 2.9 kilometres of the Porcupine Destor Fault, and a lot of drilling left to do.
