On June 14th, FireFox announced that it was planning on raising money. They just completed the first tranche on July 4, and are planning on completing a second one befoe July 14, 2022.
They raised a little over $450K at $0.14 per share.
About 10% of the shares were purchased by insiders or related parties.
There’s a four-month hold on those shares. It means people who bought into the private placement won’t be allowed to sell for at least four months.
The financing included a full warrant with a strike price of $0.21 and a 2-year term.
FireFox is paying $1,680 in cash for finder’s fees, and issuing 10,000 full warrants at the same strike price as mentioned above.
