PMET Raising $50M CAD for Exploration

Patriot Battery Metals will raise CAD 50m to fund exploration at its Corvette property in Quebec through a charity flow-through offer of 2.21 million shares at C$22.57 per share, a 90% premium to the stock’s last closing price.
