Japan’s Ministry of Economy, Trade and Industry and 16 Japanese companies that work with batteries visited Canada last week and talked about working together on a “sustainable and resilient supply chain”. This would be very beneficial for Japan which doesn’t have battery metals, and Canada which has a lot of it but not enough money to dig it up.
