Zaporizhzhia Talks Reach a “Dead End”

Mikhail Ulyanov, told Tass news agency “it should be stated that talks on this zone are losing momentum” and said that Ukraine was “looking for pretexts that have nothing to do with the real state of affairs”. He added that “under these conditions, there is no need for Grossi to visit Moscow” for further talks at the moment.
